Who we are
Futurecept is a software engineering studio. This policy covers futurecept.com and the enquiry form on it. Questions about anything here go to hello@futurecept.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, an optional phone number, your project description, and the scope and budget range you select. We do not buy personal data about you from third parties or enrich what you send us.
Our host records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not combine those logs with enquiry data.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, scope the work, and — if we end up working together — to run the engagement. That is the only use. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list without you asking.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies. There is no third-party tracking pixel on it. If that changes we will say so here and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps the server logs described above, and our email provider, which carries your enquiry to us. Both process the data on our instructions. We disclose data to anyone else only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records tied to work we actually did are kept as long as our tax and contractual obligations require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@futurecept.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
