Scope
These terms cover your use of futurecept.com. They do not govern any project we take on for you — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Estimates are not offers
Prices, timelines, and delivery windows on this site are indicative starting points for a conversation. Nothing here is a binding quote. A price becomes binding only in a written proposal signed by both of us.
Performance figures
Any metrics shown for past work describe the result in that specific engagement, under that client's conditions. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of what your project will achieve.
Content on this site
The text, design, code, and graphics on futurecept.com belong to Futurecept. You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and share links. Republishing substantial portions as your own needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
What you send us
Please do not send confidential material through the enquiry form. Until we have an NDA in place, treat anything you submit as ordinary business correspondence. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, but the form is not a secure channel for secrets.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on the site alone rather than on advice we have given you directly.
